Having integrated hundreds of vision solutions at over 50 customers over 15 years, AVT fully understands the needs of potential customers as well as the proven concept of selling vision solutions to customers in various industries.

Vision solution product, or its service, is so unique that it falls into “must have” as opposed to “nice to have” category and its demand is driven by two following facts:
1- It must solve the problem (e.g., quality, productivity, etc.), and/or
            2- It must save money
These are the only proven reasons you would buy a vision system.

Thus, AVT always strives to go the extra mile to minimize the risk of the investment and to deliver the successful solution justifying the above investment. We all realize that there are various industries with different levels of vision system integration expertise, so there is no “one size fits all solution”.  For that reason AVT has created several options for each customer.

How does it work?

AVT offers multiple vision inspection system configuration approaches to fit your precise project requirements, ensuring that you only pay for the inspections and equipment you absolutely need:
1- Our Recommended Solution: the most robust solution with at least 25% capacity for potential upgrade should you need one in the future.
2- Select Your Own Solution from Options Provided:  itemized solutions provide different technical approaches, different system performance levels (i.e., speed, accuracy, etc.) and different costs   Simply choose from the options provided that will best meet
your needs, and AVT will implement your most cost/performance effective solution with guaranteed results.
3- One-Day Installation Solution: the most economical option. We come in for one full day to mount and power up the camera and the trigger, write the program and let you utilize the system at the end of the day. If your system needs to be upgraded due to new defects then we can provide remote support or you can purchase the additional programs on a need to have basis. This is a great option for a company that wants to minimize external supplier costs and has enough in-house resources to further optimize the system. This option will get you up and going the same day and let you start enjoying the benefits of your new vison system in house. Pay-back starts the same day.

We really would like to earn your business and that is why we have additional options for each customer:

1- TEST DRIVE US: option for customers that already have a vision system in-house that may not be performing optimally or one of your application engineers is struggling with a new program for new part, or is spending too much time developing a new program. This is where we come in to help. Simply, send us your images and a brief description of the task.   We will create a new program for you to test, before you buy. This is very inexpensive way to get things done in short period of time. Remember, it is not important how much you pay for the program, but how much it costs you not to have one done quickly. This hidden cost of vision system implementation is one of the key facts overlooked most of the time.
2- 24/7 REMOTE SUPPORT: option where we can login remotely to your system and fix your problems.  Alternatively, you send us USB storage with hundreds or even thousands of images and we will return the same USB storage with a newly created program (or email the program directly to you).
